Export Policy of Shree Trade World

1. Purpose

This Export Policy outlines the principles, standards, and procedures followed by Shree Trade World in conducting international trade of Indian mangoes. The policy ensures compliance with Indian laws, international trade regulations, and customer requirements, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and business ethics.

2. Scope

This policy is applicable to all business operations of Shree Trade World, including:

  • Procurement of mangoes from farmers and suppliers

  • Sorting, grading, packing, and storage

  • Domestic and international logistics

  • Export documentation and customs clearance

  • Customer service and after-sales support

3. Compliance & Regulations

  • The company strictly adheres to the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Government of India export guidelines.

  • All shipments comply with APEDA (Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority) norms for fresh fruit exports.

  • Exports meet the food safety and phytosanitary standards of importing countries (including USFDA, EU norms, Gulf standards, etc.).

  • Regular audits and inspections are conducted to ensure compliance with global certifications (HACCP, GLOBALG.A.P., ISO, as applicable).

4. Quality & Food Safety

  • Mangoes are procured directly from certified farms and orchards to ensure authenticity.

  • Every batch undergoes sorting, grading, and inspection by trained quality controllers.

  • Hygienic packaging materials are used to prevent contamination during transit.

  • Cold chain facilities (pre-cooling and cold storage) are utilized to maintain freshness.

  • No artificial ripening chemicals are used; only naturally ripened, pesticide-free mangoes are exported.

5. Ethical Business Practices

  • The company conducts trade with transparency, honesty, and integrity.

  • We ensure fair trade practices with farmers, suppliers, and international buyers.

  • No involvement in child labor, forced labor, or unethical sourcing.

  • Strict anti-corruption and anti-bribery measures are followed in all dealings.

  • Provide accurate documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, etc.).

  • Ensure timely shipments with proper tracking and communication.

9. Responsibility & Review

  • The CEO (Ms. Jayanthi Chemgatu) and senior management are responsible for enforcing this policy.

  • The policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with Indian and international trade standards.
